Delivery & Timelines
Sellveera sells technology work, not goods. This page takes the place of a shipping policy: how a service reaches you, when its timeline starts and pauses, and what “delivered” means.

In Plain Terms
- Nothing is shipped. Every service is delivered remotely, into your own accounts or by email and your dashboard, with no delivery charge.
- Timelines are in working days. The clock starts once your payment is confirmed and we have the items listed under “What we need from you” on the service page.
- The clock pauses while we are waiting on you, and the date moves by the same amount. If a delay is ours, you hear about it before the date.
- After delivery you have 7 working days to flag anything missing, one revision round within 15 days, and a free fix for defects in our work for 15 days.
This summary helps you find your way. The numbered sections below are the policy itself.
1. Remote delivery, nothing shipped
Nothing sold on Sellveera is a physical product. There is no courier, no tracking number and no PIN code check. Every service is delivered electronically, and most of it lands in systems you already own rather than arriving as a file.
- Software and code go into your repository or hosting account.
- Cloud, hosting and release settings are made in your accounts, under your billing.
- Dashboards, tests and monitoring are set up under your organisation.
- Reports, designs, written answers and documents are sent by email and shown on the order in your dashboard.
That is deliberate. If you never work with us again, nothing has to be moved, rebuilt or transferred out of our name.
2. Delivery charges
The amount at checkout is the whole amount. Nothing is added at handover: no rush fee, no per-user charge and no expenses line.
3. When the clock starts
Each service page shows its timeline in working days. That clock starts only when both of these are true:
- Your payment has been confirmed by our payment gateway partner.
- We have received the items listed under “What we need from you” on the service page, such as access, files, a named contact or the question itself, and any access works.
You can send these with your order at checkout, or later from the order in your dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, sign in or create an account with the same email address and the order will be there.
Once everything is in, we confirm the delivery date in writing. If something is missing or unclear, we come back with specific questions rather than start on guesswork, and we tell you plainly that the clock has not started yet.
A working day is Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.
4. Timelines by practice
These ranges come straight from the service pages in each practice, so they stay current. The timeline that applies to your order is the one printed on the page of the service you bought.
Buying more than one of the same service repeats the work, so the timeline grows with it. Where it does, we confirm the combined date in writing once everything we need has arrived.
5. What delivered means
A service is delivered when every deliverable listed on its page has been handed over. Handover has two parts.
- The deliverables themselves, in the form the page describes: changes in your repository or accounts, a working setup, a report, designs, a test suite, a written answer.
- A short handover note saying what was done, where it lives, how to use or run it, and anything we would do next.
The order in your dashboard shows its status from payment to delivery, and the handover email stays in your inbox, so nothing depends on one person remembering where a link went.
The test we hold ourselves to is simple: your team should be able to pick up what we delivered without needing to call us.
6. What pauses the clock
A timeline depends on both sides moving, so the clock pauses while we are genuinely waiting. The delivery date moves by the length of the pause and nothing extra is charged.
- Access we asked for has not been given, has expired or does not have the permissions the work needs.
- An environment or account we were told about does not exist, is broken or cannot be reached.
- Files, test data, content or credentials listed on the service page have not arrived.
- A decision or approval is with you and we cannot sensibly proceed on an assumption.
- A question or review we sent has been open for more than 7 working days.
- A third party is holding things up, such as an app store review, a domain transfer or a provider approval.
- You have asked us to hold, for any reason.
When the clock pauses we tell you the same day, say what we are waiting for, and give the new date once it clears. If we are still waiting 30 days after asking, the suspension clause in our terms applies.
7. When a delay is ours
Occasionally work runs late on our side. Our rule is that you hear about it before the date, not after, with the reason and a new date.
- Told before the date: the work continues to the new date, or you cancel and receive a refund for the stage reached.
- Not told before the date: our refund policy gives you the full amount back.
- Delays caused by events genuinely outside anyone’s control are handled under the force majeure clause, and you are still told.
8. Acceptance
From the moment a service is delivered:
- You have 7 working days to tell us in writing that something listed on the service page is missing or materially wrong. We put it right at no charge, as part of the same order.
- If you tell us nothing in that window, or you put the work into live use, the service counts as accepted.
- Acceptance does not shorten the revision round in section 9 or the 15-day fix in our terms.
Acceptance is about the scope written on the page, not about taste. If the work does what the page said, it has been delivered. If you now want it to do something else, that is new work, which we quote before starting.
9. The revision round
Every service includes one revision round, available for 15 days from delivery unless its page says otherwise.
- Send it as one consolidated list. A string of separate notes takes longer for everyone.
- A revision refines what was delivered against the service page: corrections, adjustments and tightening.
- Anything that changes the brief is new work. We quote it separately and start nothing until you agree in writing.
- Revision work is scheduled within 5 working days of receiving your list.
10. After delivery
Delivery is not the end of the conversation, and the first stretch after it costs you nothing.
Questions are answered on working days. If what you need is ongoing rather than occasional, the monthly services in Keeping It Running are the better fit, and we will say so.
Any access you gave us is handed back at delivery. If you would like us to keep limited, read-only access through the 15-day window, tell us and we will note it on the order.
11. Where we work, and how we handle access
Delivery is remote, so there is no service area. We work with customers across India. Your address and PIN code are used only to raise a correct GST invoice, never to decide whether we can serve you. Work is written and delivered in English. If your business is registered outside India, tell us before you buy so that we can confirm how the invoice will be raised.
- We ask for the narrowest access the work needs, through your own sign-in system wherever you have one.
- Please do not send passwords by chat or email. Invite us as named users, or use a password manager to share access.
- Access is time-limited and handed back at delivery.
- We prefer anonymised, masked or sample data. Where access to live personal data is unavoidable, it is agreed in writing and limited in time.
