A general chatbot guesses at your business, because it has never read your material. We build a RAG assistant across the content you hand over: policies, manuals, help articles, contracts, held in a vector database and retrieval tuned against questions you approve. Every reply shows you the exact passage behind it, and where your documents say nothing, so does the assistant. We measure both accuracy and refusal before handing it over.
